NTC to add Tactical Range to Merrill campus

Miron Construction Co.Inc. is partnering with architectural firm Somerville, Inc. of Allouez, Wis. to build a new tactical range for Northcentral Technical College’s Public Safety Center of Excellence. The $1.3 million project began in August and is scheduled to be complete by January 2017.
Miron will construct a 7,400-square-foot tactical safety range to accommodate the college’s growing class sizes. The new structure will offer spaces for both classroom and live, hands-on training experiences in occupations such as law enforcement, emergency medical services, and fire and rescue.
