Peter C. Buntrock, 46 of Weston-was charged July 15 with Two counts of 2nd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child, 2 counts of Exposing Genitials or Pubic Area to a Child and two other felony charges related to sexual contact with a child.
According to officer notes, in May of this year Buntrock was reportedly involved in separate incidents of sexual contact with the same child, in both rural Lincoln County and the village of Weston in Marathon County. Court records indicate Buntrock also involved the child in the use of Marijuana and Cocaine during the reported incidents.
On May 31, Buntrock was charged in Marathon County Circuit Court with the same charges related to the Lincoln County case, as well as Felony charges of Manufacture and Delivery of Cocaine, Manufacture and Delivery of THC as well as Possession of THC; Possession of Cocaine and Felony Using a Computer to Facilitate a Sex Crime, due to Buntrock reportedly using social media to discuss the offenses with the victim.
Buntrock remains in the custody of the Lincoln County Jail on $50,000 cash bond.
